Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring fast-paced production associates for short-term mandates that focus on high-volume assembly and efficiency in North Haven, CT. This role offers immediate contract income and requires meeting daily production quotas on a busy production line.

Responsibilities include repetitive high-speed assembly, packaging, and sorting, using basic hand tools or automated equipment, and promptly reporting line issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly and packaging tasks.
• Meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed.
• Safely use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or fixtures.
• Alert supervisor to jams, faults, or shortages.
• Assist with final packaging, labeling and boxing.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
