Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a light industrial worker / cross-trained production support specialist to provide a variety of short-term mandates across assembly, manufacturing, and distribution. This role offers flexible opportunities and reliable pay for those seeking variety in their working life.

Location is Warren, OH with daytime hours and standard shift times. You will engage in production assembly, quality checks, packaging, and inventory staging, while remaining adaptable to new procedures

Responsibilities

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
