Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a light industrial worker/cross-trained production support specialist in Lincoln, NE. This role offers variety across assembly, manufacturing, and distribution, with the security of reliable pay and flexible short-term mandates.

You will rotate through production assembly, quality checks, packaging, labeling, and inventory staging, learning new procedures, and adapting to different roles across mandates.

Responsibilities

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
