Job summary

The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This role operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meeting or exceeding production standards may yield additional compensation.

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining a clean work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats and may receive additional compensation for exceeding those standards.
