Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine, and maintains the cleanliness of the work area. You will sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery.

This role features a performance-based incentive pay structure and the opportunity to earn more by meeting or exceeding production standards while supporting timely deliveries.

The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, and sorting and placing the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding those standards.
