Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned mats, safely operators a rolling machine, and keeps the area clean and organized for efficient delivery.

The role offers a performance‑based incentive pay structure tied to meeting or exceeding production standards, with additional compensation for exceeding those standards.

Qualifications

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.16 – $17.50 / hour, based on skill set, experience, and other factors.
