e.l.f. Beauty in Beverly Hills is seeking an Associate Manager, Production to support photo and video shoots from pre- through post-production.

You'll partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep schedules tight, budgets on track, and assets delivered on time. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in production coordination in beauty or fashion, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Asana and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in production coordination/operations/project management within beauty/CPG/fashion.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with multiple timelines and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficiency with project management and production tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production tasks: budgeting, travel, and crew bookings.
• Manage on-set operations and call sheets; supervise PAs.
• Oversee post-production workflows and asset distribution.
• Maintain production trackers and ensure NDA compliance.
• Collaborate with creative and external vendors to meet timelines.
