Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty's rhode brand seeks an experienced Sourcing Manager in Beverly Hills, CA to drive sourcing across packaging and finished goods, aligning supplier capabilities with Innovation pipelines.

The role partners with Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely launches, optimized supplier performance, and scalable sourcing infrastructure. Hybrid 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Demand, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years in Supply Chain, supplier management, or procurement.
• 2+ years in sourcing, ideally within the beauty industry.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
• Strong financial and analytical aptitude, with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset across new product development and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies across packaging and finished goods.
• Support new product launches for rhode by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner cross-functionally to support post-development optimization initiatives.
