Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty's rhode brand is seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Marketing to drive paid media, email, SMS, and affiliate campaigns.

You will partner with ecommerce, marketing, operations, and creative teams to plan and optimize end-to-end programs in a fast-paced beauty environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital marketing, experience across Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and influencer platforms, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing, ecommerce, or related field, within beauty, fashion, CPG, or DTC brand.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and QA across CRM (Email & SMS), paid media, affiliate, and creator marketing initiatives.
• Build, QA, and test campaigns and automations from setup to deployment.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and account health; assist with optimisations.
• Support segmentation strategy across email and SMS channels.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests; translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and marketing trackers.
