e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to lead rhode’s creator program and social content strategy. Manage creator partnerships, content calendars, briefs, approvals, budgets, and timelines to deliver compelling, on-brand experiences.

Partner with Creative, Editorial, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and asset needs, while tracking performance and optimizing workflows in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing (beauty or lifestyle a plus).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive projects forward independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while adapting to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent strategy and execution for rhode’s content creator program.
• Own and maintain the creator relationships within the content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand vision, key business priorities, launches, and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with creators, including briefing, content feedback, approvals, timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee organization of social assets and usage; enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Track content production timelines, budgets and milestones, identifying risks and keeping creators on schedule.
• Partner with Creative, Editorial, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and asset needs.
• Maintain documentation of content performance, learnings, and platform best practices; translate insights into opportunities.
