Job summary

DynaDome is seeking a Production Associate I at our Crown Point, Indiana facility to support the manufacturing and assembly of retractable structures. You will work with the production team to build components safely, prepare materials for shipment, and assist with installation activities when required.

The role offers hands-on training, exposure to machining and assembly processes, and opportunities for growth within a growing manufacturing company that values safety, teamwork, and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read drawings and production documents.
• Willingness to operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment.
• Commitment to quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble aluminum components per drawings and specs.
• Operate machinery to cut, drill, machine, and prepare parts.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or approved equipment.
• Prepare finished products and materials for shipment and support installation as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety policies.
