DynaDome Retractable Structures is seeking a Production Associate I at our Crown Point, Indiana facility. You will support manufacturing and assembly of custom retractable structures, ensuring quality and timely production.

The role offers field support opportunities and a pathway to develop core manufacturing skills. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Manufacture and assemble aluminum components per drawings and specs.
• Read and interpret basic drawings and production documents.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble aluminum components and structural systems.
• Operate machinery to cut, drill, and machine aluminum parts.
• Load, unload, and move materials with forklifts and equipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and support installation as needed.
• Maintain quality, meet production schedules, and document work.
