Job summary

DynaDome is seeking an Installation Foreman / Lead Installer in Crown Point, IN to lead an assigned crew installing specialty aluminum and glazing enclosure systems. You will plan daily work, install alongside the crew, and ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient execution.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site needs with project leadership. This role offers hands-on leadership in a growing manufacturing environment with field and factory

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years in field installation or related construction work.
• 2+ years leading crews or daily field leadership.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
• OSHA 10 completed; other credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the assigned crew's daily work from drawings and priorities.
• Conduct safety talks, toolbox talks, and equipment checks.
• Coordinate tools, lifts, rigging, and materials for installation.
• Monitor progress, report variances, and minimize rework or delays.
• Inspect work for fit, weather-tightness, and workmanship quality.
• Provide daily records, progress photos, and closeout documentation.
• Escalate design, scope, or cost concerns per procedures.
