Job summary

Mancan Staffing Parma Heights is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing client in Valley City, Ohio. The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00/hour.

Location is Valley City, OH, and transportation note indicates not on a bus line. Responsibilities include operating production machines safely, ensuring quality, performing changeovers, and teamwork with other production areas.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, prints, and control plans.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines safely and efficiently
• Assist with maintaining production levels and producing quality parts
• Remove and pack finished products from the production line
• Rework and repack parts as needed
• Visually inspect parts to ensure quality
• Use measuring tools and gauges as required
• Maintain accurate counts of parts processed
• Assist with machine changeovers, basic setups, and troubleshooting
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production areas as needed
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
