Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring Production Associates for a leading agricultural processing facility in Marion, Ohio. This is a full-time, 1st shift role focused on supporting daily plant operations, quality checks, material handling, and safety.

We seek dependable individuals with basic computer skills and the ability to work a 12-hour shift from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Competitive pay is offered and there are opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift and remain active throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment.

• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with production activities across the facility.
• Collect product samples and perform basic quality checks.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using designated equipment and systems.
• Complete routine cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe workplace.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and report equipment concerns.
• Record production information and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
