Staffmark Group is seeking a Production Associate in Moraine, OH to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You’ll help manufacture quality products, follow instructions, and support production goals while maintaining safety and efficiency on the line.

Shift options include 7:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00, Monday–Thursday, with pay in the range of $18–$20/hour. High school diploma preferred and prior production experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environments.
• Follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with productivity and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate basic equipment safely.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and safety commitment.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly/production/warehouse experience is preferred.
