Job summary

Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency is hiring Production Associates for the 2nd shift in Valley City, OH. Position runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, paying $18.70/hour.

Responsibilities include operating production machines, maintaining quality, inspecting parts, and assisting with setup and changeovers. Required are the ability to read instructions, use micrometers/calipers/pin gauges, strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, prints and control plans.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines safely and efficiently.
• Assist with maintaining production levels and producing quality parts.
• Remove and pack finished products from the production line.
• Rework and repack parts as needed.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure quality.
• Use measuring tools and gauges as required.
• Maintain accurate counts of parts processed.
• Assist with machine changeovers, basic setups, and troubleshooting.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
