Candidates with little or no manufacturing experience are welcome to apply if you have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn new skills. This is a very clean, temperature-controlled working environment with minimal lifting required.

Shift Hours:

1. 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday or 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday, with a 3-day weekend.
2. 2nd shift: 2:45pm-1:15am Monday-Thursday, with a 3-day weekend.
3. 3rd shift: 10:40pm-6:40am Sunday-Thursday.

Pay Rate: $15.25-20.00/Hour + 10 Paid Holidays Annually. Pay depends on experience. We are also hiring for Leads, Supervisors, and Managers—pay for these roles will be competitive and based on experience and skillset.

40 hours per week with overtime available. Additional benefits include Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Paid Holidays, etc.

The positions involve manufacturing plastic and silicone parts for medical devices.

Specific requirements:

• Own reliable transportation
• Relevant or long-term work history
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment
• HS Diploma/GED required

We are hiring for a Shipper on 1st shift and machine operation openings on all shifts due to company growth.

Machine Operator duties include:

1. Push & pull molds in and out of machines
2. Log production information into the computer each shift
3. Remove parts, requiring hand dexterity to pull parts out of molds
4. Visually inspect items as they are removed from molds
5. Complete basic production paperwork
6. Lift 15-20 lbs occasionally
