About The Opportunity

We’re seeking a high-performing, 1099 Aesthetic Device Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the aesthetic and medspa market. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position—ideal for a true hunter who thrives on finding leads, building strong relationships, and closing high-value deals.

At MRP, sales isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our reps act as strategic partners, helping clients grow their practices with tailored solutions—whether it’s buying new equipment, trading in old devices, or selling underused assets. You’ll follow our established MRP sales process while collaborating closely with subject matter experts and reporting directly to the Director of Outside Sales .

As an MRP rep, you’ll have unmatched flexibility: access to equipment from every major manufacturer, exclusive products we directly distribute, and the freedom to offer what truly fits your client’s needs. You’ll also have full support from our expert team, plus the tools and resources you need to succeed–from marketing materials to product specialists and CRM support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
  • Build relationships with medspas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and wellness clinics
  • Present and promote MRP’s aesthetic solutions and technologies
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts
  • Deliver tailored proposals and lead pricing negotiations
  • Maintain accurate reports of leads, activity and progress using MRP’s CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in consultative sales; aesthetic/medical device experience a plus
  • Strong “hunter” mentality with proven closing ability
  • Experience negotiating pricing on sales above $50K
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, professional and able to work independently
  • Reliable transportation; must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
