Job description

Candidates with little or no manufacturing experience are welcome to apply if they have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn new skills. The environment is very clean and temperature-controlled, with minimal lifting required.

Enjoy a casual dress code of jeans and a t-shirt, tennis shoes—steel toes are not required. We are currently recruiting for assemblers and machine operators.

We are now offering a $500 attendance bonus in your first 90 days!

Shift hours:

1. First shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday
2. Alternate first shift: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, with a 3-day weekend
3. Second shift: 2:45 pm - 1:15 am, Monday-Thursday, with a 3-day weekend
4. Third shift: 10:40 pm - 6:40 am, Sunday-Thursday

Pay rate: $15.25 - $20.00/hour plus 10 paid holidays annually. Pay depends on experience. We are also hiring for leads, supervisors, and managers, with competitive pay based on experience and skillset.

Positions are for production roles manufacturing plastic and silicone parts for medical devices.

Minimum requirements include:

1. Reliable transportation
2. Relevant or long-term work history
3. Ability to read, write, and speak English
4. Ability to pass a basic math assessment
5. HS Diploma or GED

We are hiring for a Shipper on first shift and machine operation openings on all shifts due to significant growth.

Machine operator duties include:

1. Pushing and pulling molds in and out of machines
2. Logging basic production information into the computer each shift
3. Removing parts and using dexterity to pull parts from molds
4. Visually inspecting items as they are removed from molds
5. Completing basic production paperwork
6. Occasionally lifting 15-20 lbs
