Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to efficiently process donations, price items, and maximize value for store and e-commerce channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment, sort and price donations, and provide excellent customer service while following safety standards.

The role involves standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and collaborating with a team to meet daily goals in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price using guidelines.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in-store or via e-commerce.
• Meet production goals: 15 minutes from donor to floor for HL Donations or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Coordinate with material handler to bring product and swap salvage containers.
• Greet customers and donors courteously on floor or donation center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Perform duties within core values and provide back-up as needed.
