Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously throughout the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills to work well with the team.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position.
• Driving role requires a valid license and insurance, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and processing donations.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Restock supplies by distributing materials to workstations.
• Sort and price donated items and monitor production levels.
• Keep aisles clean and report safety hazards to management.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with loss prevention procedures.
