Independent Stave Company is hiring for Manufacturing Associates on all shifts at Kentucky Cooperage in Marion County, KY. The role focuses on production and general labor tasks to craft world-class oak barrels for distillers and winemakers worldwide.

Training opportunities and cross-training across departments are offered, with performance incentives in many areas of the plant. The starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with incentive-based pay in many departments based on output and quality.
