Job summary

Independent Stave Company has multiple manufacturing and general labor roles in our Kentucky Northern facility. You will perform tasks in making white oak staves used in barrels for wine and spirits, with competitive pay and benefits.

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, production pay after 90 days. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm. We value dependability, a strong work ethic, and teamwork as keys to success.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred for the role.
• Dependable attendance is required.
• Ability to work in various body positions and coordinate movements (pulling, pushing, reaching).
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with fast-paced production line speeds.
• Safely operate equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Work with co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative and respectful manner.
• Prevent excess waste by efficiently operating equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.

We have a variety of manufacturing and general labor roles available in our facility. In this role, you will perform various tasks in making white oak staves used in manufacturing white oak barrels for the wine and spirits industry. We provide competitive pay and benefits, including piece-rate or production-based pay opportunities.

Starting Wage

$15.00 starting base pay. Production pay after 90 days.

Schedule

• DAYS : Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

Essential Functions

• Keep up with fast-paced and production line speeds
