Kelly is hiring Production Associate – A Shift for a busy Rochester printing facility during peak season. This temp-to-hire role offers $17.00 per hour with overtime at $25.50 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and mandatory weekend overtime.

No prior production experience is required as training is provided; you will operate equipment, feed materials, inspect quality, and prepare shipments while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production equipment and machinery.
• Feed and remove materials from production machines.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and follow production instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks as needed.

Production Associate – A Shift | Peak Season

Location: Rochester, NY( limited bus line access may not align with schedule)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Pay: $17.00/hr

We are hiring dependable Production Associates for a busy printing facility in Rochester. No previous production experience is required training is provided!

Peak season is expected to run through mid-December or longer based on business needs.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Mandatory weekend overtime

Must be flexible to work Saturday or Sunday Weekend overtime hours will typically fall between 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Overtime may be a few additional hours or up to an 8-hour shift depending on business needs
