Job summary

Seal & Design, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for first shift to fabricate orders per job specs with focus on quality and productivity. Expect 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, in a team environment.

Candidates should have 1 year of manufacturing experience and a HS Diploma; basic computer and math skills are required to succeed in this role. We value initiative, reliability, and the ability to work safely with machinery and cross-train across departments in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• HS Diploma.
• Proficiency with business software and basic math

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely according to company policies
• Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
• Cross train and assist in other departments as required

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!

• Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm
• Pay Range: $21.00-$25.50

Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
