Tribe 9 Foods is seeking a Production Associate on 1st shift in Madison, WI. You will operate production stations, monitor quality, follow SOPs and GMPs, and help maintain a clean, safe line to meet daily quotas.
Strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment are essential. High school diploma or GED required; allergy-aware facility experience is a plus.

The hours are Monday – Friday, from 7:30am - 3:30pm, occasional weekend work and overtime is required.
The Production Associate is responsible for a variety of different production duties within Tribe 9 Foods. This role will be responsible for operating a production line to fulfill production requirements. The position must have high attention to detail and work at a fast pace in order to meet their key performance indicators safely and accurately.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to standing for prolonged periods; frequently walks, grasps, lifts, holds, or feels objects; occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. The employee frequently is required to use manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination when working and handling products, computers, or machinery. The employee is subject to assist and support up to 50 pounds with varying amounts of assistance on a as needed basis. The employee is required to have corrected vision and hearing within normal range and the ability to operate equipment if required. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and non-moving mechanical parts. The employee could have work conditions that are extremely cold or extremely hot. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
