Laborup is hiring Production Associates to support a fast-paced food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment in Missouri. This role offers a clean, safety-first operation with a focus on quality, teamwork, and consistency.

Compensation includes $23 per hour base, $21.75 per hour base plus $1.25 per hour shift differential, and weekly pay. Benefits include health options, life insurance, 401(k), pension, and more. Shifts are 2nd (3pm–11pm) and 3rd (11pm–7am).

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support automated production lines following standard work instructions.
• Material handling and line feeding: load/unload raw materials and packaging components.
• Perform periodic in-process quality checks and basic measurements; document results.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area aligned with GMP and food-safety expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors; assist with changeovers and cross-train on new stations.

Shift Options

Responsibilities

• Operate and Support Automated Production Lines – Assist with operating and monitoring automated machine lines; follow standard work instructions to keep production running smoothly and safely.
• Material Handling and Line Feeding – Load and unload raw materials and packaging components; stage materials at the line and keep flow consistent to prevent downtime.
• Quality Checks and Basic Measurements – Perform periodic in-process checks and basic measurements to confirm products meet quality standards; document checks as required.
• Sanitation and Work Area Organization – Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace; follow GMP and food-safety expectations throughout the shift.
• Teamwork and Shift Support – Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors; communicate issues, support changeovers, and step into new stations as training progresses.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or GED required.
