Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull product on a production line.
• Ability to operate knives and other tools in a production environment.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene.
• Work in hot and/or cold assembly line environments.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and fabricate products on a production line.
• Process product using tools and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim's standards.
• Observe equipment, report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety, quality, and food safety policies.
• Support team with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Participate in process improvement and problem solving.
