Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a hands-on team member for 1st shift on the poultry processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet strict safety and quality standards. Work with equipment, maintain clean areas, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

You should be dependable, willing to learn, and ready to grow with a company dedicated to excellence and safety. Training and continuous development are available as part of our production team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly, with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the processing line according to standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
