Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role in Univeter, GA. You will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet food safety standards.

Aimed at dependable team players who can work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines. Expect a base hourly rate of $18.50, a Monday–Friday 1st shift (7:40am–5:45pm) with occasional weekend work, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly while communicating clearly.
• Team player willing to work near others at some stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the processing line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
