Responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment, adhering to quality and safety procedures, and supporting team members. The role requires standing for 8–11 hours, working in cool temperatures, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend simple instructions.

• Ability to work in cool temperatures (~40°F).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8–11 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Processes product using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to standards.
• Process product according to procedures and quality expectations.
• Observes equipment operation and reports malfunctions or safety issues.

• Follows safety policies and maintains a positive work atmosphere.
• Recognizes incidents and safety risks and promotes safe habits.
