Qualifications

• Process product using tools, manual labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Follow operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Adhere to company safety, food safety, and personnel policies.
