Responsibilities Include:

1. Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, or assemble filters.
2. Monitor equipment to ensure proper assembly; report malfunctions to line lead.
3. Meet daily production goals and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly work preferred but not required.
2. Great manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts.
3. Ability to work well with others and handle rapid change, diverse activities, and assist in other production areas.
4. Prolonged standing (10-hour shifts) and performing repetitive actions such as grasping, reaching, twisting, and pivoting.
5. Reliable transportation is required.
