Production Associate

Automation Personnel Services is seeking hardworking and dependable Production Associates for a company in Alabaster, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a well-known manufacturer of high-quality automotive safety glass for automobile manufacturers.

Pay Rate: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours:

1. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
2. Monday through Friday, 3:00 am to 11:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

(Schedule may vary between 3am-3pm or 3pm-3am / 2pm-2am depending on production needs)

Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials from the line, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Perform periodic quality checks
• General cleaning
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to hire
