Seal & Design, Inc. is a family-owned company with multiple divisions across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a Production Associate for first shift to fabricate orders per job specs, with a focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include operating machinery safely, performing inspections, and cross-training in other departments as needed. Ideal candidates have 1 year of manufacturing experience and a HS diploma, plus basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma.
• Proficiency with business software and basic math.

Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!

• Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm
• Pay Range: $21.00-$25.50

Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
