Job summary

A general production role in Swanzey, NH, is available with pay of $20 per hour. You will join a team in a precast concrete manufacturing facility, helping with molds, pouring, finishing, and quality checks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors or in a manufacturing environment, and follow instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Job Description

We are looking for a General Production Worker to support daily operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role involves working as part of a team to produce high-quality concrete products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing molds, forms, and materials for concrete production
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials or finished products

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
