Job summary

A general production role in Swanzey, NH, is available with pay of $20 per hour. You will join a team in a precast concrete manufacturing facility, helping with molds, pouring, finishing, and quality checks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors or in a manufacturing environment, and follow instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or outdoor environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work in a team.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing molds, forms, and materials for concrete production.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials or finished products.
