Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a busy manufacturer in Bow, NH to recruit a motivated Production Associate. This direct-hire role offers a hands-on environment where you will stack, nest, and package materials from production lines while ensuring quality standards.

The position requires lifting up to 75 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, and a willingness to work 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM–1:00 AM, Friday off). Comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in manufacturing or related production environment preferred.
• Pre-employment physical required and safety-conscious.
• Forklift certification is a plus; overhead crane experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines.
• Inspect finished products for quality, width, and length.
• Load raw materials onto production lines and move materials within the facility.
• Lift, carry and move product as needed; meet production goals through teamwork.

We're partnering with a busy, well‑established manufacturer in Bow, NH, that's looking for a motivated Production Associate to join their growing team. Location: Bow, NH

Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hr, with a 90-day performance review and opportunity for a wage increase based on performance.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30PM-1:00AM (Friday's Off)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Check finished goods for quality, width, and length
• Load raw materials onto production lines and transport materials within the facility
• Lift, carry, and move product as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting
• Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures
• Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
• Pre-employment physical required
• Forklift Certification is a plus!
• Overhead Crane experience also a plus!
