Responsibilities

• Wood Fabrication & Assembly: Build and assemble custom furniture components; Use hand and power tools; Operate production equipment; Sand, prep, and finish materials.
• Steel Fabrication & Assembly: Assemble and prep steel furniture components; Work with fabrication equipment; Material handling and production support; Assist with machine operation and general manufacturing tasks.
• General Production: Cleaning and organizing work areas; Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.); Banding, packaging, and preparing products for shipment; Cross-train in multiple departments as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on department placement, you may work in:

Wood Fabrication & Assembly

• Build and assemble custom furniture components
• Use hand and power tools
• Operate production equipment

• Work with fabrication equipment
• Material handling and production support
