Aerotek is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level General Production Worker roles in Newport, WA. You will be trained across manufacturing stages to produce high-quality aircraft interior panels in a fully onsite setting.

Roles offer multiple shifts, with contract-to-hire potential and a pay rate of $22.00/hr. On-the-job training and safety-focused environment support skill growth and long-term career advancement in aerospace manufacturing.

• Trim and finish parts using CNC and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Complete production documentation and records accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team-building initiatives.
• Learn multiple production areas through cross-training opportunities.
• Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed.

What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll be trained to work in various stages of the manufacturing process, helping create high-quality aircraft interior panels.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
