Aerotek in Newport, WA is hiring Aerospace Production Associates to support interior and exterior aircraft components in a clean, safety-focused production environment. This contract role offers full onsite work with multiple shift options and opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Responsibilities include material prep, layup and pressing of aircraft panels, operation of presses, CNC machines, and other equipment, plus assembly, quality checks, and paperwork.

Formación

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Machine operating experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Stable work history and good tenure preferred.

Available Shifts

• Weekday AM: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Tues-Thurs every other Monday)
• Weekday PM: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Tues-Thurs every other Monday)
• Weekend AM: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Fri-Sun every other Monday)
• Weekend PM: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Fri-Sun every other Monday)

Job Duties

• Prepare and kit materials for production
• Lay up and press aircraft panels
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including presses, saws, and CNC machines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.25 – $21.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
