Aerotek is hiring a Production Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire role in Pacific, MO. The position is full-time and on-site with a 2nd shift schedule (4:00 PM–12:30 AM Mon-Thu; 3:00 PM–11:30 PM Fri). Training starts on a 1st shift for 1–4 weeks to ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy manufacturing facility with varying temperatures and physical work. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $32.00 per hour, with overtime as required, and benefits include

Production Machine Operator

Pay Range:

$23.00-$32.00 per hour

Shift:

2nd Shift

Training:

1st Shift for approximately 1-4 weeks

Employment Type:

Full-Time | Union Position

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays
• Overtime schedules are generally posted the Thursday prior

Regular 2nd Shift Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Work Environment

This position is based in a busy manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled . Employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures while performing physically active work throughout their shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
