Job Description

The Production Technician supports CNC machine operations and ensures a smooth, consistent production flow of machined components. In this role, you focus on removing completed parts from automated CNC equipment, performing basic visual inspections, packaging parts, and following established production and quality procedures within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished parts from CNC machines once the machining cycle is complete, ensuring correct handling and flow to the next process step.

• Perform basic visual inspections on completed parts to identify obvious defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packaging.

• Place finished parts into designated bins, boxes, or packaging according to established production and packaging procedures.

• Follow detailed work instructions, production guidelines, and quality standards to maintain consistent output and product integrity.

• Monitor the production process and promptly notify the appropriate team member of any machine issues, product concerns, or deviations from normal operation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around CNC machinery and production stations.

• Accurately track production, including part counts and workflow documentation, as required.

• Perform other general production duties as assigned, including basic machine operation support, general labor tasks, and packing activities.

• Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed to support production, inspection, and packaging tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
