Job summary

Smurfit WestRock in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Production Worker for our box plant. The role involves safely performing a wide range of tasks, quality checks, materials setup, and keeping a clean workspace while operating manufacturing equipment.

Starting wage is $23.86 per hour with a raise after qualification; 3rd shift will initially train on 1st shift. We offer health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more to support employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid work history.
• Heavy industrial manufacturing or prior box plant experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy product, navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment and follow directions.
• Maintain a clean work environment and safety compliance.

Starting Wage: $23.86 per hour with increase to job-specific rate upon qualification

The starting pay rate for this position is $23.86 per hour depending on your role, level, and location.
