Job summary

Subzero Engineering in Mankato, MN is seeking reliable hands-on workers to join our 2nd shift. Build and assemble products using hand tools, read blueprints, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing team.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, 3 weeks PTO, and paid holidays. You’ll learn processes on the shop floor, support production, and grow your skills in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Spots on our 2nd Shift are Available!

Monday-Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - 3:0 a.m.
Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours)
Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly
