Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a new Madison, AL facility. Starting immediately, you will help unload, sort, and organize materials, and assist with setup in a fast-paced team environment.

Expect full-time contracts with hours from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Pay is $19.00/hr, with eligibility for benefits and potential contract-to-hire conversion.

Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking multiple reliable team members to assist with organizing and preparing a new facility for operations - STARTING IMMEDIATELY! This position involves unloading and unpacking materials, sorting inventory, moving supplies throughout the facility, and helping set up and organize work areas. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical tasks, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position is located in a new, non-climate-controlled facility next to an Amazon facility. The role offers full-time hours from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
