Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Welding Technician for on-site work in York, PA. This role involves hands-on MIG welding, fabrication, and meeting quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will read blueprints, layout and fabricate components, and operate robotic welding equipment. Candidates should have 2+ years MIG experience, with Pulse MIG and TIG willingness a plus, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience.
• Pulse MIG experience preferred.
• Blueprint reading skills required.
• Fabrication, fitting, and layout experience.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• TIG welding experience or willingness to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welding Technician

$21.00 - $28.00/hr + Shift Differential Available

? Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Seeking experienced MIG Welders who enjoy building quality products and taking pride in their work.

This role offers hands-on welding and fabrication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift- Monday-Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)




• Overtime available




• 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday (4:20 PM - 2:50 AM) (10% shift differential)




• Training completed on 1st Shift

Weekend Shift (10% shift differential)

• Friday-Sunday

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints




• Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
