Adecco US, Inc. is seeking reliable Production Associates to join a fast-paced La Mirada manufacturing team.

This role supports production operations by ensuring quality standards are met, finished products are prepared for shipment, and work areas are clean and safe. Key duties include inspecting and stacking finished goods, reading factory orders, performing quality checks, reading gauges and basic math, assembling packaging materials, and maintaining equipment and area cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Corrugated packaging industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Comfortable reading production orders and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, and stack finished products according to production requirements.

Location: La Mirada, CA

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM

(Must be open to eventually moving to 3rd shift 10pm-6a)

Job Summary

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour
