Job summary

Aerotek in Hershey, PA is seeking a General Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting production and packaging operations. The role involves repetitive tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining quality and safety in a food-grade environment.

You will rotate across shifts (1st/2nd/3rd) and perform line operation, material handling, inspections, and recording production data. Contract position offers onsite work and potential for pay increases and advancement.

Hiring: General Production Associate

Location: Hershey, PA

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Must be flexible to rotate all shifts (Monday – Friday)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
